HRSA Visits Baltimore Healthy Start for Health & Human Services Maternal Health Day of Action

We were joined by the Health Resources and Human Services Administration, Mayor Brandon Scott, and partners from the National Healthy Start Association for Health & Human Services Maternal Health Day of Action. HRSA hosted a panel discussion for which our client, Gladys Qualls and Chief of Quality Assurance and Clinical Affairs/Deputy Director, Maxine Reed-Vance was able to contribute to the conversation on maternal health.

Gladys Qualls has been enrolled in Baltimore Healthy Start, Inc.’s maternal supportive programs/services since 2021. She is thankful to have Baltimore Healthy Start as her “support village.” Glady’s has been enrolled in a number of our programs including, Housing University, Belly Buddies, and our breastfeeding classes.
